Of course it’s a minimum, but it’s a good first step so that everyone in the company understands the stakes, the respect of water, bees, ladybugs, neighbors …

Although most of our vineyards are well surrounded by trees and bushes, we are actively installing copses, planting vegetation and flowers in order to maintain the flora and fauna. Apart from the media excesses of the various labels, it is the good balance through common sense that we are seeking.
